Innovative Practices in Instructor E-feedback: A Case Study of E-feedback given in Three Linguistic Courses during the COVID 19 Pandemic

This study aimed to investigate the instructor’s electronic feedback practices during COVID 19 Pandemic in terms of nature content e-feedback, formulation, challenges, and multimodal e-feedback. used a qualitative case obtain data from e-feedback three linguistic courses as delivered, practiced by single English language instructor. The via Blackboard WhatsApp platform follow-up interview were analyzed qualitatively. findings indicate that (1) highest number focused on global issues compared local issues, (2) instructor composed his form eight main categories: explanations, suggestions, clarifications, questioning, repetitions, statements, praises, commands, (3) more screencasts for providing followed written audio modes respectively. thematic analysis (4) revealed positive impression through these interactive (written, audio, screencast) range challenging such students’ preference technical timing financial areal issues. is significant because it provides us with comprehensive picture patterns content, formulation multimodality emerged practices. However, further research should include relative group instructors determine impact learners.
